TOKYO, November 12, 2025 – EBARA Corporation (Head Office: Ota-ku, Tokyo; Director, CEO & COO President, Representative Executive Officer: Shugo Hosoda; hereinafter "EBARA") and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Executive Officer, President and CEO: Kei Uruma; hereinafter "Mitsubishi Electric") announce that they have reached an agreement on November 12, 2025, for the transfer of the following assets from Mitsubishi Electric to EBARA.
On August 14th, Ebara Group officially released FY2025 Q1-Q2 consolidated financial results, with the highest level of orders, sales and operating income all breaking historical records for the same period and full-year profit forecast raised.
The EBARA Group Integrated Report 2025 aims to help everyone understand how the EBARA Group creates social value, environmental value and economic value by utilizing and integrating each management capital on the basis of “EBARA Way”.
On May 15th, Ebara Group officially released FY2025 Q1 financial results. The overall performance of the Group was excellent, with the highest level of orders, sales and operating income in the first quarter of previous years, maintaining a steady upward growth trend.
The EBARA Group's GHG emission reduction targets for 2030 have been recognized as a science-based short-term target by SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative) .
