"In order to further strengthen the care and concern for the front-line workers, to effectively protect the physical and mental health of workers, and to enhance the sense of well-being of workers, on October 22, 2023, Ebara Great Pumps Co., Ltd.'s labor union organized the "Cangnan Ford Bay one-day team building tour" staff recuperation activities, and about 30 employees participated in this activity.
At 8:00 a.m. on October 22, 2023, a group of people departed from Rui'an and went to Cangnan Yunhai Grassland to carry out team building activities. Under the guidance of the tour guide, members were divided into three groups and started ice-breaking. By taking team names, creating slogans, and setting up team songs for the teams, the group members got to know each other quickly with skills that each member is good at for coming task assignment. Subsequently, the three teams competed in intellectual projects and fun games, and the activity site was filled with laughter, cheering and encouragement. The outdoor activities not only created a relaxed and harmonious team atmosphere and enhanced team cohesion, but also allowed everyone to relax and adjust their working condition.
After lunch, everyone went to Cangnan Fudewan Village to visit this historical village. Fudewan, formerly known as Fude'an, is a village famous for its alum mining and refining in history. It is about 200 meters long. It was built in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. It is made of brick, wood and stone. There are old alum refining sites on both sides. It faces north from the south. . At the end of the Song Dynasty, an alum mine was discovered in Fanshan, and people began to live there. By the Yuan Dynasty, sporadic residents lived here. From the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty, the alum industry developed significantly, attracting many refugees and workers who made a living from the alum industry to live in what is now Fudewan Village.
The one-day recuperation time rushed by, and everyone enjoyed not only the surrounding scenery but also spare time outside work feeling love and care from the company labor union. After the activity, the employees expressed their thanks to the labor union for providing the opportunity of recuperation, and returned to work in a more energetic mode to fight for production target by this year end.
