As part of the Ebara Group's long-term vision "E-Vision 2030," and in line with efforts to enhance employee engagement and fulfill corporate social responsibilities, ECC successfully held the first "Ebara Wonderland" event on August 27. The event aimed to help employees' children gain a deeper understanding of Ebara, experience the company's work environment, and foster stronger connections among employees and their families.
With the theme of "Exploring Mom and Dad's Work Planet," the event featured six exciting sessions: Joyful Gathering, Work Planet Adventure, Energy-Boosting Lunch, Ebara Magic Pump Exploration, Workplace Social Stars, and Highlight Moment. These sessions were carefully designed to create an interesting and educational schedule that combined learning about Ebara, interactive communication, and hands-on scientific experiments.
During the session of Ebara Magic Pump Exploration, the children learned about the working principles, functions, manufacturing processes, and widespread applications of Ebara products in daily life. In the subsequent scientific experiment, they built manual pumps with their own hands. This challenging yet enjoyable activity deepened their understanding of pump technology while nurturing their teamwork skills.
In the session of Workplace Social Stars, the children designed their own personalized business cards and enthusiastically exchanged them with Ebara employees. Through these interactions, they gained an unforgettable workplace experience.
At the closing ceremony of Highlight Moment, the children proudly and confidently answered questions from ECC President Aoki-san about Ebara and pumps. The president presented each child with a "Ebara Exploration Star" certificate and commemorative gifts. The atmosphere was filled with warm speeches and joyful laughter, moving all employees and parents in attendance.
After the event, we received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the children, such as, "It was so funny! We want to join it again next year!" For them, it was undoubtedly a brilliant and unforgettable summer memory.
"Ebara Wonderland" not only created lasting summer memories for the children but also strengthened internal cohesion and enhanced employees' sense of belonging. Going forward, we will further expand our social contribution activities, ensuring every employee takes pride in being part of Ebara.
