ECC's 1st company team building activity was successfully held in Yanqi Lake Area, Huairou District, Beijing.
On October 24th 2024, ECC successfully held the 1st company team building activity in the scenic Yanqi Lake Area. This activity aimed to enhance communication among ECC members and forge team spirit, so that everyone could relax and share the happy moments beyond tense work.
The sun was shining, and the autumn breeze was refreshing, all ECC members gathered at the West Mountain Trail and started the morning hiking activity. The West Mountain Trail was winding and the scenery along the way was breathtaking. ECC members walked along the trail, inspired each other and climbed together, showing excellent team spirit. During the hiking, while enjoying the scenery of Yanqi Lake and talking about work and life, ECC members got closer with trust between each other in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
After a short lunch break, the team building activity kicked off in the afternoon with laughter. The coach carefully planned several games requiring team collaboration, like “joint efforts to build a tower”, “small ball around piles”, “doll battle”, etc., and each game was a test of tacit understanding and cooperation of team members. ECC members actively participated in these games and showed their abilities with a warm atmosphere of teamwork and laughter.
This successful company team building activity not only provided a platform for employees to relax and enhance communication, but also added a colorful page on ECC company culture. In the future, ECC will continue to be committed to creating a harmonious working environment and organizing more meaningful activities, so that the employees and the company can grow together and create a brilliant future.
